Love the staff here! Vanessa and Briana have helped the community through a tough time during the pandemic, and are always courteous and quick to respond from the office. Jose on the maintenance team has helped me for years and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure my service orders are complete and done right. He is kind and knowledgeable to boot, I feel comfortable anytime he comes to my home for support, and I love running into him on the property

In my opinion, Pearl Creek is the absolute best apartment complex in Roseville. Beautiful, spacious apartments; great, responsive office staff and professional maintenance team! What more could you ask for? Of course it will be even better when the pool and gym are reopened :)

Love the staff and property esthetics! Maintenance is always on top of everything included having maintenance issues resolved within the day or next day! We absolutely love living in this beautiful community and haven't rented anywhere close to as good as Pearl Creek!

Wonderful experience. This is an extremely quiet and safe community. For me location was key and at Pearl Creek Apartments, I am surrounded by everything. Everything I need to do is less than a 5 minute drive. How awesome is that!
